Improving productivity and better time management is vital these days as efficiency has become a major issue in our performance focused world. Although efficiency may be increased by automatisation and process optimization, human factor countinues to be the most important. Increasing our employees' productivity and keeping them motivated at the same time is one of the biggest challenges we face. 

Efficiency is determined by the speed and quality of the processing of information. We spend 1.5-2 hours per day on the average by reading materials we base our important decisions upon. The quantity of information to be processed is growing every day, putting an ever increasing burden on our shoulders. 

By cutting the time needed for reading and better comprehension, we may become more efficient in managing our own time, increase our productivity and take the advantage of having more time devoted to other things - or may even read more if we wish to do so.
